China: Car Plunges Down Slope After Driver Hits Wrong Pedal

A driver in Zunyi, Guizhou, China accidentally pressed the accelerator instead of the brake while reversing on March 2, 2026, causing the car to veer off the road and plunge down a slope. The vehicle scraped against a Nissan Patrol before crashing heavily into a parked Range Rover below, scattering debris across the scene. Bystanders gathered to assess the damage as the crashed vehicles came to rest at the bottom of the slope.
